In this article we will be taking a closer look at the so-called ‘Roswell Rock’ – a bizarre object that has continually sparked conspiracy theories, 13 years on from it’s discovery…
What is The Roswell Rock?
The rock was found in the New Mexico desert, back in 2004. It displays rather strange carvings/patterns and is thought to contain extremely unique magnetic properties.
But there are hundreds of strange looking rocks unearthed every year – what makes this one so special?
Well this rock was discovered very close to the alleged Roswell UFO crash site of 1947.
The rock has recently resurfaced as a topic in ‘geek circles’ online due to Tyler Glockner, founder of the website Secure Team 10, compiling a new video on it’s properties.
Glockner is a well known alien hunter who has been studying this rock for quite some time now, and he is convinced that the rock’s patterns depict the lunar cycle of the Moon.
He has come to two conclusions…
- He thinks that this rock came from the original UFO that crashed way back in 1947.
- He thinks that this rock was actually left behind by a previous alien visitation. The Roswell crash happened after the aliens returned in search of this rock.
He also claims to have witnessed the rock’s reaction to simple magnets – apparently, when magnets are placed near the strange artefact, it spins in circles.
The 1947 Roswell UFO Crash
The famous UFO crash took place back in 1947 and resulted in alien obsessives from every corner of the globe crying out ‘government cover up!’.
The official story released by the US authorities centred on a US Air Force Balloon that supposedly crashed near a ranch near the New Mexican town…although most conspiracy theorists and UFO enthusiasts now know this to be complete BS.
The whole Roswell UFO theory kind of snowballed through the 50’s and 60’s until interest peaked in the 1970’s…and still persists to this day.
During the 1990’s the US military once again tried to deflect from the whole UFO theory – they released a ‘new’ report claiming that the UFO crash was nothing more than a nuclear test surveillance balloon.
Whether you believe that or not…is completely up to you!
