(Well that’s just great – days after we put up the video YouTube take it down for copyright reasons…the bastards! Hopefully we’ll find another version to embed here before long. Sorry about that – out of our control!)
I have to be honest with you – I sometimes struggle to make my mind up in life (and that’s probably a HUGE understatement!).
I had no real idea what subject matter to zone in on for the first offering in our paranormal documentary section – this wasn’t helped by the HUGE amount of fantastic choice out there at the moment!
Thankfully I stumbled upon a social media post relating to a documentary on Daniel Lutz and Amityville, and my mind was made up almost instantly!

By now, we all know about the paranormal version of events that took place between December 1975 and January 1976 while the Lutz family occupied the house at 112 Ocean Ave.
Daniel is the eldest of child of Kathy Lutz and in this documentary he has decided to break his silence 40 years after his family fled the house in fear for their lives.
When I first pressed play on the video above I really didn’t know what to expect and what angle the documentary makers were aiming to take.
Within 10 minutes of watching proceedings, I was more than a little disappointed by Daniel himself.
I felt he was a little bit aggressive in his delivery and almost a little ‘disturbed’ in his views. His body language seemed to be completely erratic and I got the impression he was on something ‘slightly chemical’ shall we say.
But after watching the whole documentary I realized that this man was nothing more than a result from this world famous paranormal story.
Think about it for a minute – how do you think you would have turned out if you’d grown up through something like this?
Many articles have surfaced over the last couple of decades claiming this famous paranormal incident to be nothing more than a hoax.
This makes the documentary above even more interesting (in my book!)
